Compton's Log Cabin

Compton's Log Cabin Restaurant was located at the top of the hill on Lee's Lane at Cuthbert Boulevard. The restuarant began as a small "cabin" style restaurant, but expanded at least twice. The expansion and alterations are evident looking at the images depicted on the early matchbooks and postcards over a twenty year period. After Compton's closed, another restaurant bar, Crystals operated on the location. The building was torn down in the 1990s and replaced with a pharmacy.
